Villamayor de Monjardin to Torres del Rio

We got an early start today

The route was easy going and we walked most of the day with Manuel, from Reno, Nevada.  Manuel stayed at the same albergue as us last night and came in handy at dinner last night. He is fluent in Spanish and got 5 of us a reservation for dinner and helped order our meal- handy guy to have around.  This his 4th camino.

We three are staying in an albergue together tonight. The 4 gals we shared a room with last night are here also.  Small world.  We see some of the same people again and again and others are way ahead or behind us.

Los Arcos

Snacks in Los Arcos
We're in a rut, we like the torta con patatas and cafe and tea.  I may try something else tomorrow.

A party was going on in front of our room when we arrived at our albergue. Albergue Casa Mariela - dinner and room 17 euros.
