Last nights dinner was awesome, we had bread, a vegetable minestrone for first course, lamb stew with potatoes for second course and ice cream for dessert. Oh ya, we has a couple of glasses of red wine with dinner. We're getting used to having wine with dinner.
The menu of the day or pilgrim's menu comes with 1st and 2nd courses, wine and/or water, bread and dessert. Usually costs around 10 euros.
We got an early start for us 7:00. We each ate a peach for 1st breakfast before starting and stopped for 2nd breakfast outside of Logrono at a cafe on a lake, and we had the usual tortas con patatas, cafe con leche and tea con leche.
Only 576 km to Santiago - We got this!
Marilyn keeps on going
A fence along the path was full of crosses that pilgrims have made, Marilyn is adding one.
I ate a few grapes along the way today, pretty good
Taking a break on the patio of our albergue for the night- Alberque San Saturnino- nice place
