Fromista to Carrion de los Condes

Another warm and sunny day.  The moon was still out and beautiful - still looked like a full moon.

The trail today followed the canal for a couple of hours, nice and peaceful.

We took our first rest stop on a bench by a hermitage.  We are just leaving.

This town has a church dating back to 13th century and the Knights Templar

Per our guide book, even if you're not into churches that this one is worth a visit!  So we paid our 1 euro and went inside.

This panel depicts the life of St James

Then we hung out with a pilgrim

Grabbed a cup of joe and tea on the way out of town

Moving along, slowly, we don't pass many people along the way.

We're checked in and did the usual stuff

Headed out to check out the town and see what's for dinner.  Marilyn's watch died so we bought a new battery.  We went to grocery store and bought dinner: bread, Brie, chorizo, tomato, yogurt, chocolate, and fruit for tomorrow. Having a picnic in the court yard outside our room #4

We'll go out for a glass of wine or tea later.
