Mansilla de los Mulas Leon

Lots of walkers took the bus into Leon today - we walked! Started out around 7:30 and stopped at a terrific bar/restaurant around 8:30 for breakfast. Omelettes, coffee and tea - food was great and the staff was too.  Lots of walkers stopped, and Lynn (Aussie) and Emily (Tampa) joined us.  We arrived into Leon around 1:30 and arrived at hotel at 2:15:

Hotel - Parador San Marco

The building was built in the 12th century to house pilgrims on the Road to Santiago, in the 16th century converted into a monastery, in the 17th century turns into a prison, and now a grand hotel.
